Nerea Uri Carreño

I’m the founder of N118 Consulting, where I have worked with companies in the water sector for the past two years to push the boundaries of innovation and sustainability.

I hold a PhD degree in Biochemistry by the Technical University of Denmark and I have over a decade of experience bridging research and practice working with one of the most progressive utilities in the world, VCS Denmark.

I’m an active contributor to the international water community by serving in Specialist Groups and Conference Management Committees. I am a frequent speaker at professional events and I’ve chaired two international conferences.

Through N118 Consulting, I leverage over a decade of experience in state-of-the-art wastewater treatment technologies, international consultancy, and cross-sector collaboration to support companies and institutions in achieving their optimization goals.
